Small User &licence management site

Looking for a small & simple user management component in ASP . Pages : Register , Login , Forgot password , Payment Page, manage Licence + 3-4 admin pages 1)User Registration salutation (like Mr., Mrs., Dr. etc) , first name, middle name, last name, Country, State/Province, Postal/Zip, Referred By Email - to be used as username,Password,Address,City,State,Zip,Mobile no User is registered in DB table "USERS" Plus entry In table LICENSE is made Email & 3 additional fields : Key(Generate a 5X5 Random key(number+alphabets) in DB) , Status (Make it inactive initially) , Dateofactivation = null Send email & go to step 2 2)After registration it send to payment page where customer has options: Paypal , googlecheckout , Cheque? (PUt the values in Order table)- > If payment sucessfull - >Send email -download link & Key Update all table LICENSE with status = active & put date of activation 2 tables - 1)"USER"Registration info , Auto Generates client ID , also puts client ID & Key in table 2 , but in with status "null" 2)"LICENSE" - Key , email , status , date of activation , date of expiration(365 days) , Version(default value will be provided) 3)"Orders" -orderdate, InvoiceNumber, OrderQuantity, ProductName (in case we expand to other products ), email, lastname, PaymentType (Paypal, Check, Goolge) Admin pages ---------------- Shows all data , ability to delete any user , Activate/deactivate any user . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
