The goal of this project is to create an html prototype of an advanced click tracking system.
The final system is to be designed in php, mysql, linux/freebsd.
The requirements for the project are attached.
If you only have the skills to complete Phase 1, please indicate so.
If you would also like to informally be considered for Phase 2 & 3, please indicate so in your bid and indicate:
1) an approximate bid price
2) an approximate time frame
This is not binding of course. If you win phase 1 and do a good job, I will offer you a private auction for phase 2. If phase 2 is completed successfully, I will offer you a private auction for phase 3. I reserve the right to open up the bidding for each new phase if I'm not thrilled with the work in the prior phase.
The reason I'm creating the prototype is to ensure the that the users of the system have not forgotten any requirements and to ensure good usability.
