X-cart and Dazzle (Endicia) Integration

I need an x-cart mod that will produce a dazzle (Endicia) shipping label directly from the X-cat order manager interface. X-cart is a PHP web store package that works with MYSQL database. The standard X-cart package allows me to print invoices, and generic shippign labels (containing the customer's name and address), but does not integrate directly with Dazzle. Dazzle is the labeling application for Endicia, a leader internet postage provider. Through Dazzle, I can produce and print labels, with postage included, for all types of United States Postal service parcels and letters. Dazzle integrates with any application through a XML feed (Dazzle specifications included). Right now, we copy and paste all customer information from our X-cart application to Dazzle, a tiresome procedure. We are looking to automate this. I would like to have a "Print Dazzle Label" links a botton that will call for the new PHP Mod, directly from the order manager page. This mod would produce the XML feed and activate the Dazzle application (which will be installed on the same computer). The Mod will obtain the shipping name and address directly form the order's record, and it will ask the user (shipping clerk) to enter the weight of the parcel. With this data, it will producte the Dazzle XML feed, and activate the Dazzle application. The shippign clerk will then confirm the label on Dazzle, and proceed to print such label. Ideally, the new MOd will have a confirguration application where we would be able to enter our Dazzle account, password and local XML feed directory path. All information regarding access to our X-cart server and database will be furnished upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Our computers run Windoes XP: My X-cart version is 3.5.7 My Dazzle version is 5.0.03
