Play WMV's from stream using DSPack

Hello everybody, I am writing program where I should have possibility to play WMV's (8,9) from stream (TMemoryStream) using DSPack 2.3.4 on Delphi 7. DSPack already allows to play WMV's and adding exists (TCustomSrcFilter) that allows to play streams but not WMV's. According to this I need native Delphi7 code that will process loading file to stream and play it with DSPack (and show on TVideoWindow from DSPack). Also if I should do any addings or operations over Delphi IDE, they also should be descibed. Source should be compiled with D7 with omponents described above. So this project is for someone who has already done such task and can provide the technique for rather low price. Please provide demo with only videowindow and button which will process loading "c:\[login to view URL]" to stream and play it. Also if you can provide this task with any other free opensource components for delphi7 I am open to suggestions... If you need sample of playing that supports some other formats I can provide it or give you a link where to get it.
