Complete self storage management software written in delphi7

Finish Software and set up joomla website to sync to. (joomla already installed on website) Create Licence key generator, must be able to create licence must be for 1 week, 6 months, 12 months and must be able to be renewed by admin or by paying on our website. Must work with Register option in software uner Menu -> help website has been set up with Joomla , setup website needs to be completed so it is able to sync with the software. Register Function Under Menu -> Management - Add new client - Add new client and contract - Edit Client and contract - Edit unit (number & prefix cant edit) - Edit unit type - Add extra charge - Edit extra charge Menu -> Contracts - Find Contracts - Contracts -> Find Contract -> Right click -> - Add payment/ Charge - Change date, time, add acc holder - Change unit number - not working - Print Statement - not working - Print Confirmation - not working Menu -> Reminder Right click - Edit, Cancel Complete all reporting functions and make sure they are working, Reports will be synced to users profile on website and must be able to be exported to PDF and XLS On website , user will register and be given username and password, When they sync the software , All the reports will be accessible via their profile on the web. (all website details will be given once the job has been awarded) Add features. when booking in a customer (add contract) will have the option "taking deposit" or "not taking deposit" and the amount taken. When the customer moves out there should be an option to say "refund deposit" or "did not refund deposit" and if not the enter the reason. all this info needs to be saved for reference if the customer is searched in the future. add in a quote and invoice generation feature, and a template manager for the quotes and invoices with email function to send quotes or invoices. add in basic accounting reports into the reports menu ,financial reporting , monthly income , money due , balance of account etc. add in newsletter function - be able to email all customers in the database. add print , export to pdf or excel option for booking status add print , export to pdf or excel option for all reports * If possible come up with a better way to display the booking status * If possible improve the GUI look Attached is the software which needs to be completed NOTE: THIS IS URGENT AND NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ASAP!!
