ColdFusion Batch File Processor

I am needing a batch file script (processor) for my shopping cart system so that I can automatically generate monthly charges to web hosting customers and e-Commerce software users that pay by the month. I am open to suggestions for other code or batch file code for ColdFustion but basically this is a script that will be used in my shopping cart software by all customers. This must come with installation instructions and or install executable file...less the ColdFusion server settings, if necessary. So, this must be royalty-free fully tested in test mode with AuthorizeNet.
