Website notification software

I need a developer to make a simple windows app that checks paypal accounts a notifies of new payments automatically. IT would install and run in the system tray. Users will enter their paypal account info and the software will periodically (automatically) check the account and list last 15 payments and notify of new payments via a sliding window with audible notification. The window would be similar to that of MSN that slides out of the system tray when new users come online. The data it needs to extract from paypal and show for each transaction is: Type, to/from, name/email, amount, status and total balance. Other features include: Paypal website button, manual refresh button, help menu, Paypal settings (paypal email & pass, w/ save option, and default currency). Optional firewall info Mobile phone notification with test button (field to enter mobile number). Sends text message to phone with payment notification and amount. Refresh timeL 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes, 24 hrs. There also should be a lower banner area that displays a 468x60 image. The banner should be envoked using a javascript adserver code I have. There should be one banner hardcoded into the software, so if for some reason my adserver code displays a broken image, the software AUTOMATICALLY displays the default banner and link. Ideally this software should include a fancy skin. I will purchase the skin after you provide me with skin examples. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows app
