~~simple app for VoIP calls using USB phone (repost)

Dear coders We have a VoIP phone (USB Fayn UP120) - we in need of a person who has or can implement an easy application for VoIP calls using this USB phone! Now, we use standard app that is included in the complete set of the phone, but it do not satisfies us. In attached zip archive, you can find a driver and standard phone app (<[login to view URL]>) . So, we want an app which will inherit functionality of existing software and will have two new features. 1. storing in a local database or in a XML file all data about any of dialed number and duration of the calls 2. hooters emulating in a phone tube and when buttons pushing; We do not know on how it should be implemented, but we in need that the application could work using existing phone (USB Fayn UP120). In additionally, the best will be if the app could work with anyone VoIP phone device, or you would recommend a simple phone device with app that can provide required features.. In general, here is the problem: When connecting several phones to one computer, the program, (earlier loaded) or its driver don’t allow working with more than one telephone. If starting the program from different folders, more than two times, the program recognizes (in the telephones) only USB audio as independent devices, the input device (USB keyboard) remains common for all. As far as we intend to work with a clone of this program (using several phones connected to one computer) this restriction might be a serious impediment. I would like to be sure that this restriction could be taken off. T he resolving of it will be one of your advantages while choosing the contractor.
