.NET Enhanced Listview/Grid

Alright, I need a C# 100% managed (NO api calls ie:dllimport) user control that is a listview/grid control... Completely user drawn or as much as possible. It must have the following features built in: It must be practically developed from scratch (ie:no inheritance from Listview or Datagrid). 1) Roundable, Diagonal, & Square edges (definable, and customizable in radius). 2) Properties for everything UI related! (Color, fonts, widths, expressly borders and such). 3) It must allow each cell by default t o include an image/icon and/or text imput, or internally allow a custom control to be inserted into a cell. 4) Should be easy in code to understand, meaning it should be commented and organized well using XML style documentation and 'regions'. 5) At design time the developer should be allowed to dynamicly create rows and columns. 6) Column and row headers should be customizable. 7) Each cell should be customizable in font, color, border, etc. 8) There should be a 'Hot tracking' mode that hot selects the cell as the mouse goes over it. 9) It must be 100% original and legally transferable (no rigged example projects from codeproject, gotdotnet, or the like, unless you explicitly own the original) I would like a very similar design and similar features to this control here: [login to view URL] I require 2 status reports/comments a week w/ updated details on how the project is going. It must be compatible w/ .NET 1.1 & 2.0, run on XP, 98 (in 1.1), 2k, etc. Original project must be in visual studio 2003 (.NET 1.1), but be fully tested and functional in VS2005 (.NET2). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
