We are a US based marketing firm with a need for a reliable developer to assist us on several projects as we've have grown too fast to accommodate all of the work in-house. Our regular needs include Flash, ActionScript, HTML, Tableless CSS, 2-D and occasionally 3-D animation, PHP, ASP, CMS and XML. Occasional design work, ie, logos, vector illustration. You should have experience in social media sites, dating and personal sites, SEO and iphone/android app development. You should be able to deliver on all of the above technologies, be fluent in English, have operating hours Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm CST. You should understand the importance of the bid or estimate process, you should have strong examples or your work to share, you should understand deadlines and consistently deliver on-time. You should work smart and not slow. You should communicate your needs clearly. Your rates should be competitive but fair. We are in the business and we know how much it costs to do the work we staff for.
