We are looking for a random number generator software to operate on windows that we can have to download to our desktop we would like the software to simliar to the one used on [login to view URL] we would like the software to be able to Generate 100,000,000 random integers between 1 and 100,000,000 being all unique values (Unique Values - each integer appears once only) Not saying we will be generating that many random intergers at once but we need the program to be able to generate from a range of 1 integer all the way to 100,000,000 That website only Generates 10,000 random integers between 1 and 10,000 with unique values. So we need to the software to generate alot more numbers once the numbers have been generated we will need a date and time stamp for each time the program generates the numbers. We will need to be able to export the files to excel from the software and be able to print from the program. This software needs to be fully functional random number generator We need to see a working demo software before finally payment
