CONVERT EXCEL APP INTO ASP.NET-C# WEB APP

I am looking to develop modules or extend certain modules currently available under Rainbow portal. Please review Rainbow ([login to view URL]). [login to view URL] has a link to a real estate construction application created in Excel with numerous embedded formulas and page to page data population. I will supply the full excel source code and files after i receive a good proposal from you. I am interested in recreating the above excel app, complete with all formulas and functionality (using C#.NET and a sql database) into a new ASP.NET application. The new ASP.NET app must use common modules/components available in [login to view URL] environment (look at [login to view URL] ), must retain the excel formulas, functionality and all capabilities of the excel app. The various excel sheets may be recreated into ASP.NET online forms...again i'm looking for better ideas on GUI from the developer The new ASP.NET must allow user to enter information thru a better GUI than the excel app. User should be able to enter only required data and the associated data should be generated behind the scenes (better than the excel sheet) NOTE: Note the excel cells which are editable cells and the rest of the cells that have generated data. It will be obvious if you look at the color of the cells in most cases. Summary of requirements: <OL type=1> recreate in ASP.NET-C#, .NET Framework 1.1 create as a add-on module under rainbow portal retain or improve all embedded formulas create sql script to create associated db tables retain or improve GUI / visual format of Excel app retain print capability retain other imbedded functions : use smart GUI controls, so the GUI is interactive/powerful ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
