73076 Uploader with sessions

hi all need someone to CREATE a NEW upload script so users can upload pictures to my server... making sure nothing other than jpg is uploaded i want the picture URL to be taken to the next page after uploading into a code that the user will click and get the pic as wallpaper on his phone.. so all u need to do is create a session that takes the link to the code where we have a code where the image location will come in.. i would be interested if you can make the user register to upload pictures and anytime later see his pictures by logging in and able to edit or delete... simple as possible (purpose of the single page would be that a user can upload his pics to our site in order to have them sent to his mobile anywhere in the world) so i would like name, password, email, country as a dropdown) as registration fields when user has uploaded something it will show like this [login to view URL] with images they uploaded and send to mobile code that i already have..
