create chat program like paltalk

I have done this project before. The project is not fully complete... but can send text, I was working on voice and video before the previous employer disappeared. Voice and video are working but they need to be compressed so that they can send data well.... Currently. I was creating chat rooms and music for chat rooms with admins who can manage members.
