I might use Windows Azure, and I am not clear what you mean exactly by detecting images. I mean faces? I will be using PHP + Windows Azure

Hi what i can understand is you want to setup a amazon aws server i that i am expert and you want a facality to upload ftp that i also can do and you want to add water mark on image but detect is not 100 % clear can you clear this so we can procedd for next step. I can show you the amazon server setup by me
