Before I give details of project - 1. No milestone payment. Payment only on completion of project. 2. Penalty if the project is delayed. We want timely delivery of the project. 3. Need to sign an NDA before we can start working together. Please share your work - like apps you have developed. This is a native app development requirement. Its basically a teacher-parent communication app which will have a admin panel and a web based panel too. So, its both the app as well as website development. Specification will be shared with shortlisted freelancers only.
