40776 US Yellow pages type directory

I need an online yellow pages for all of the US and all the cities. I would be selling listings by state/city for all the major business type listings as in a yellow pages. I would like it to be clean and have a nice design and generate pages that can be spidered. Also would like to have adsense on it and a reciprocal link generator. Also, I would like an affiliate program that I can offer a percentage of the sales to affiliates. I should have mapquest searches on it and maybe by zip code.
