Convert PDF File into Word

PDF file was prepared by a publishing company that went out of business after almost 6 months of updating the original file. I need the job to continue from where they left it. I can't go back to the original document since it will be too much time consuming to proof reading it again. Word file must match the original PDF file in layout. About 270 pages. Need this done ASAP.
