Hi. I can do this for you. Please give me more details about the project, so I can properly estimate the needed effort. I have ~9 years of experience in electronics and for the past ~7 years I focused on PCB Layout and adjacent activities like manufacturing, thermal management, product design, mechanical design and so on. The PCBs that I'm usually working are mass produced (from tens of thousands to millions of boards in a few years of production), so I'm used to optimize everything. Every millimetre that I'm able to remove increases the profit. I usually work in Altium Designer, but I can adapt to any other tool, if you really need it. Thanks.
