Changes in an opencart website.

Hi, We are looking for an OPENCART EXPERT with strong hands on it. Changes are the following: NOTE: This is a genuine project and we want to deal in INR to avoid forex charges. Automatic backup of website? Remove, Brands, Affiliates and Returns pages from footer (and altogether). Shrink top half of page - make logo far smaller - menus should be made smaller, take up whole visible page above the fold. Upload of products via CSV or txt file. Order confirmation email, has image of logo - comes out as massive image. Reduce size of the logo. Change order number to begin at 10118 - not #8. Add payment method - Stripe (preferred). Currently using paypal. Edit 21/02/2016: not vital. Configure delivery rates at checkout (advise of discount on larger orders): Manchester M7, M8 and M25 postcode - Free Delivery. Whitefield - £5.50 Crumpsall - £11.50 South Manchester - TBC London - £10.00 Gateshead - £6. Add to Cart - move to top half of page and perhaps change colour. On list/grid page view, price should be more prominent. Change colour of add to cart button perhaps? Add instagram link on page (header)? - [login to view URL] Remove 'powered by Opencart' Text in footer. Links should be SEO friendly. In product text when you put a ' eg someone's, it put a slash like this someone/s. Similarly for anything website related, ie google analytics, messages from customers etc, it puts in a / instead of ' ruining the code. SITE LINK WILL BE SHARED WITH THE POTENTIAL CANDIDATE.
