Hello, I have been in this field for over 8 years. Over the years I have gained a lot of practical knowledge on health, nutrition, diet and exercise science. I have transformed myself from a 55 kg thin teen to 74 kgs physically fit guy. I have also transformed multiple clients including friends and family members and can provide their testimonial and transformation pictures if required.
