NCR is headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, with approximately 29,000 employees and does business in 180 countries.<br />TITLE: Help Desk Representative<br />GRADE: 7<br /><br />POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY<br /><br />El Agente de Help Desk (HDA) trabaja en un ambiente de Call Center de alto volumen de llamados. Guiándose por el Remote Incident Management Process, la primera responsabilidad del HDA es ejecutar el soporte técnico de primer nivel con el usuario final que requiere la atención.<br />Usando soluciones conocidas documentadas en las bases de conocimiento, el HDA trabaja con los clientes para resolver problemas técnicos en forma remota, los cuales pueden ser de procedimientos, de software, de hardware u operacionales.<br />Si la solución remota no es posible, el HDA puede despachar un Customer Engineer (CE) al lugar del cliente, o escalar el problema a los especialistas de nivel II (TSS). El HDA puede interactuar con clientes internos y externos: usuario final, CE´s, TSS, soporte nivel II del cliente y proveedores externos, con el objetivo de encontrar la solución final al problema reportado.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications Must Be<br /><br />• Se requieren conocimientos en área comercial.<br /><br />• Manejar conceptos de Instalación de Sistemas Operativos MS Windows, y carga de software, parches y drivers, con una fuerte orientación a la resolución de problemas y soporte de usuarios.<br /><br />• Conocimiento de herramientas en ambiente Web, y uso de MS Office, Outlook y software de Help Desk a nivel de usuario, como así también de aplicaciones de negocios y/o bases de datos.<br /><br />• Lectura de documentación y procesos en Inglés.<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />• El candidato puede tener años de experiencia en call center, soporte técnico telefonico u on-site.<br /><br />EEO Statement<br /><br />Integrated into our shared values is NCR's commitment to diversity.
