Hi I was reading you post, I believe that you are looking, besides the Proxy Configuration, a DHCP service too. Because you said you want that all those virtual machines receive a unique IP address. Create new virtual machine on VMware and install OS platform. Then install third party proxy server. (As suggested by client ). For giving unique ip address to each computer, Need to configure static ip or if client has DHCP server then reserve it for specific MAC address.
