.net CRUD Desktop application with SQL Server

We have an application that needs to be developed ASAP using .net and SQL Server. It is a basic CRUD application with the following set of features: 1) list of 20,000 customers in a table with about 50 fields of information directly related to each customer. I'd like all these fields in one large Customer table. This would be displayed on a form that I've already layed out 2) 8 related tables with additional information laid out in excel-spreadsheet format in the bottom section of the above form. (each related table would be displayed in its own tab 3) an Import function that would bring information in from an excel spreadsheet, do some minimal processing (match on two fields, dump into one 'spreadsheet' view if there is a match and another 'spreadsheet' view if there isn't a match) 4) keep an audit log of every field change made in the system (date, time, user, data before, data after) 5) Display a list of tasks in spreadsheet view assigned to either the user's group or the user themself 6) Allow for multiple users to access the system 7) System will run in a .net application accessing a SQL db server 8) allow Admin to edit: user list (making them active or inactive), create and assign users to groups, modify lists that appear in all combo boxes, add roles and assign single role to each user. Assign 'visible' and 'edit' ability to each field in the database based on the user's group. We have this mocked up in a wireframe application with a full set of specs.
