Configure and extract Walmart Product data through Walmart API and populate to a database

Walmart offers product search and product detail APIs. No need to build API. Bluecart API is or similar can be used. I am looking for someone to setup and use these APIs to extract data and populate a simple data structure like Mongo DB. Technical skill required: Javascript or Python, PHP, or any other acceptable coding skill that Walmart APIs offer. I want this API data to be stored into a database structure in accordance with the API definition. All documentation and methods to access etc., are already available in Walmart Developer site. Data extraction is limited to to walmart grocery online food items only. Need to setup the data to be in a nightly refresh schedule. This is for a high school public health project and has no commercial value. Since we are a team of students, we are looking for technical help to get us started. We want to analyze that data and do some nutritional research findings like for example, how often products have a specific ingredient like MSG or Saturated Fat etc., We can setup the data to flow into a Google Cloud platform as destination.
