Amazon Web Services AWS expert needed. Experts only.

I need an expert on Amazon Web Servers who can be available to work with my developers at midnight MST. Do not take job if you cannot be available on skype at midnight. We also will have to discuss full needs before that. I have smartphone app developers who setup Amazon servers incorrectly and I am learning they do not have much expertise in AWS. This project must be done completely within 24 hours. Project requirements: 1) understand the apps function, audience, and my needs. 2) Decide best way to setup all instances so that apps work efficiently and so that they will work with autoscale. 3) Work with my developers to move data, databases, files, etc to proper instances. 4) setup auto scale and load balancing properly being careful not to have autoscale on databases since this obviously cannot work. 5) setup automatic snapshots to happen every four hours and to delete snapshots older than 3 weeks. 6) make sure developer's current code and methods work properly with all AWS setup including buckets. 7) remove any instances that are not needed and add instances that are needed. Right now I have way bigger instance than needed just for apps to work. 8) implement any other AWS services which will really make this all work more efficiently. My team will be on skype at midnight MST (Denver time). You must be there. Also we must skype after you accept project to discuss fully what you will be doing at midnight. Thanks.
