Access Database Conversion

We are looking for someone to convert an access database that is used for our service department to a MySQL database. It need to be able to function offline as well as online. We work with manufacturing companies that don't have internet access readily available.I need my technicians to send and receive data to keep the database as current as possible. The project is a big undertaking and will be used consistently so it must function as described. There will be 10 Milestones for completion. 1. Create the database and application setup 2. Create the frontend 3. Create the Utilities tab: All subcategories, fields, tables and forms must be linked. 4. Create the Parts Order tab: All subcategories, fields, tables and forms are linked. 5. Create the Assignment Schedule tab: All subcategories, fields, tables and forms are linked. 8. Create the Customer Call In tab: All subcategories, fields, tables and forms are linked. 9. Create the Customers and Machines tab: All subcategories, fields, tables and forms are linked. 10. A final review of the project, checking functionality removal of bugs and glitches and Support for installation and implementation of the service frontend and database. I am looking for this project to be completed rather quickly. We can negotiate a target date. When the project is complete we will need the fully documented source codes with comments. This is a first step for us so there may be possibilities for future business. You will be provided with the database and frontend to view. Its to big to attach on the site.
