Data Mining and Data Base, and Mailing List Creation - repost

Need to create a search able Prisoner Database from which to create mailing lists meeting particular search criteria. In order to understand the specific need the provider must gain some general understanding of the government website providing such information. To do this please take the following steps: Go to [login to view URL] Click on "Offender Search" on Front Page Click on "Search All Corrections Offender Databases" This leads to Corrections Offender Network page Conduct an Offender Information Search as follow: Fill in Age Range from 14 to 100 years. (This should yield nearly all persons in the database) Click Submit Request Click Inmate Population Search Results This should result in a gross yield of approximately 103468 entries (actual number you obtain may be slightly more or less as the actual number will vary upon when the search is run). You will be brought to "Inmate Population Information List" (This is a list of all persons and it is obviously quite long) Next, click on the first entry: Amber R. Aaron. You will be brought to this persons "Inmate Population Information Detail" page. Please study this page. Here you will observe that prisoners have the following relevant information on this page: DC Number: A private identification number which follows the prisoner wherever they are. This is a crucial number to develop mailings. Race Sex Birth Date Initial Receipt Date: This is important to determine if they are newly arrived or if they have been in the department for some time. Current Facility Current Release Date. Note persons sentenced to Life are noted as such. The address of particular facilities where inmates may be located exists at the following link: [login to view URL] I want a database created that allows me to search by criteria and also get the current address for mailing. For example: I want to be able to do various searches including but not limited to the following: 1. Who was received into the department within the last 30 days? (Initial Receipt Date) 2. How many inmates received in the department within the last 30 days received sentences of 10 years or more? (Initial Receipt date and Current release date)?
