Write an Android application

We need an application, which will act as VPN service on Android and scan incoming and outgoing traffic, and change the traffic if there is a match in local database. Local database will have next columns: url | redirection_url Example: 1. Install app 2. Open app and click the button activate service 3. after that, if user goes to chrome, firefox, and eneter a URL that exists in local database, he should be redirected to a redirection_url That's all. So scanning the traffic and if some URL is accessed that exists in local database, android should send redirect and redirect user to redirection_url. We already have some code, but we were not able to finish it, as we got stuck at one part of the code where, so if someone already done something like this it would be great. Application should only be functional, looks is not important, the code is important! (we will do the design part after the code of this function is done). We need this in couple of days.
