Looking for someone to turn the below GitHub project into a .jar file. The .jar will be placed in the android/libs folder for an Android app. Having the .jar in the android/libs folder should make it so the classes from the GitHub project are accessible by the app. Basically a way to avoid using Gradle or when Gradle is not available. I am not sure about JAR. But, I am almost sure I can build an AAR file which you can use from eclipse as a dependency in your project. Message me if you are interested.
