Small Android (Samsung Tab) Game Development

Hi! We would like to get an android app/game made by a freelancer. It's a small game that we need to get an our 8 Samsung Tabs for an Outdoor game. The app doesn't need to be in the Play store, just on our Samsung Tabs. Let me explain the game. I added a screenshot with a drawing of the different screens within the game. 1. When you open up the app, you need to get a welcome screen (1) with a logo and some text. Under it we need a button "Start" to get to the next screen(2) and start the game. 2. Screen 2 is the home/main screen of the game. At the top of this screen there is a fixed bar, I'll explain this later. // On this screen there are 8 buttons to questions and 1 button to confirm the code. The question buttons will open up screen 3 with the chosen question, so basically there are eight screen3's. // The "confirm code" button will check the 8 answers the user filled in that are displayed in the top bar and then displays a message if the answer/code is right or wrong. 3. Screen 3 is the same for every question but with other text/image. There is a text/image block in the middle of the page and 2 buttons below that. 1 button to go back to the home screen and 1 to select the answer. 4. Screen 4 is the same for every question but with other (answer)buttons. So the 2 buttons at the bottom (Back & Confirm) are the same. When people choose answer "A" and press "confirm answer", they need to go back to the home and the answer needs to get in the top bar within the right box. - The top bar consists of a text line "Your answer:" with 8 boxes next to it. In this boxes the answer are shown, the answers that the user chose. On the right side of the bar there is a timer. This timer needs to start when people press "start" on screen 1. When this timer reaches 2,5 hours, it needs to displays a message with the right answer and tells the user to stop the game.
