I am primarily looking for a quote to build and supply a template mobile application with the features detailed below. What I mean by template is - I dont need a polished final product ready for deployment, I need the bare bones of an application with the features listed below that I can build on. I was looking at angular/cordova as an option, but I am open to suggestions on the technology used. The application template needs to be suitable for android and IOS devices. 1. Header with Logout link and link to user details page. links hidden when user is logged out (space for a logo/header) 2. Login/Registration (retain user login status on login so its not required whenever the app opens) 3. User details page with a list of data items (loaded from database table) and an option to toggle push notifications on/off 4. Push notifications (driven from a database table) 5. Default to login page when logged out
