Making an Android App from Existing Code

Hello, I am looking for someone who has the ability and knowledge to finish the version of an Android app that I started to develop but for reasons of time and knowledge I decided to do it by other means. 1) Technical Characteristics - The app is in Native Android - Java. - Use Firebase 2) What is there? - App's Intro Activity. - Login activity: Use firebase to authenticate the login with the Google account. - Register Activity: Use firebase to create user. - Main activity: The Google Maps API is used to show the current location and also to search the places where I want to carry out an activity. - Markers: There is the code that shows the marker according to the address entered to search. - Request Actvity: Clicking the bookmark displays the request activity. - Menu Activity. - Logout activity. 3) What do I need? - Make the app support if possible from the API KitKat Android 4.4. - Improve the start of the app. Detect that there may be an error in the handling of the dots in the activity of the Intro, this is where the problem is. The app takes a long time after closing the app. - Enable Facebook login via Firebase. - That the map allows to visualize those users connected to the APP that are around the user who wants to make a request (UBER style that shows the cars before requesting a service) identified by an icon.
