Dear Freelancer, We want to build an app which requires your help in UX Design, Coding and Hosting. To categorize the app, please look at apps like tinder or wishbone. Some of the main Feautres Required: o User can create a question like on wishbone/slingshot o User can answer questions by clicking on the picture or text (like on tinder or wishbone) o Usermanagement (registration, followers, profilepictures) o Commentingsystem to each question o Facebook Login o Important: User should be clustered based on their answers (this part can be outsourced if you have no experience in clustering/matching/recommendation systems e.g. apache mahout) o Setting up the Webservice o A Solution for implementing ads We are looking for a longterm working relationship with the developer. Because we sure have to implement some features in the app. An android app and a website are also on our to do list for the future. All project details will be revealed to the team later. Please answer following question in order to get a feeling how it is to work with you: Q1 What stages of development do you work with? RC1, RC2, RTM... Explain your typical process of working with your clients. e.g. Prototyp -> Client Test -> Bugfixing ->RC1 Client Test -> Bugfixing -> RTM ........ and so on Q2 Is all of this (bug fixing, many stages of development ) included in your price? Q3 How do you usually manage problems ? Q4 How many hours will it take to build the app wishbone (Just to be clear: you will NOT produce a clone of wishbone!) Q5 Do you have a bug tracking system / project management tool where I can submit issues or see the progress? Q6 AppStore Policy. What do you do when this appstore test fails? How did you manage this in the past with other clients? Q7 3 months after project end, crashlytics shows us, that most users cannot use the app, because of an error. What are my options, my safeguard? How did you manage this in the past with other clients? Q 8 Is there a maintenance agreement? How much does it cost? How did you manage this in the past with other clients? Q 9 Do I own the delivered (product) code How did you manage this in the past with other clients? Features 2.1 App Installation Users will be able to install app by downloading it on devices from App stores. 2.2 Splash Screen when user will tap on app icon on their iPhone devices, a splash screen for user’s welcome will be displayed first with an app / company logo for a few seconds. After that, user will be redirected to the Signin. 2.3 Sign-In Screen User can login into the application only via Facebook account credential. For this purpose, Facebook’s API will be integrated into the application. 3.1 Home Screen Home This button will re-display the circle with the user current location and nearby locations. The application will again search for suggestion. Matches Tapping on this button redirects user to the Match. Profile Tapping on this button redirects user to the Profile. Matching Preference Tapping on this button redirects user to the Matching Preference. App Settings Tapping on this button redirects user to the Settings. This is some answers to your questions : 1- Our process are Analysis - > Wire frames - > Prototype -> Beta -> Final all in iterations 2- All bugs fixes are guaranteed up to five years, this is the case with our current clients (Apps already on the store) 3- I prefer timing to be in days as mentioned in the bid 4- the cost mentioned is the over all cost for all agreed 5- We use Trello for project management and bug tracking, Github for source control , you can have access for those starting from the wire-frame stage in the development life cycle. 6- Appstore fails for 2 reasons a critical bug which we should solve ASAP , or a new feature request according to AppStore policy (this is rare) , but you will be charged for any new features requested and wasn't agreed on, cost will be calculated per hour and will be reasonable to current project costs. 7- Crashes might come from 2 things, bad development standards (Code optimizations) and this is a BUG we should fix ASAP or Hardware failures 8- The code is yours, we can sign an NDA here. -replies here are limited to number of characters so please contact me to discuss more.
