Improve one function in android library

This library is for drag and drop view. its located here in github : [login to view URL] We can not move child view to outside view in top and left side but we are able to move outside child view in right and bottom. I want also stop move child view to bottom and right side. issue is located here. [login to view URL] This is 5 to 10 minutes work for any expert. I want do it in fix 300 INR.
