Fix sync routine - javascript and angular 2

I have a project made with cordova ( we dont use phonegap, just cordova 7 ) and angular 2. We have a sync function that should add or update to the local json the json read from the server api but is buggy somewhere. Your job is to find and fix this bug. The json has a field that is the primary key that you will use to know if you have to update or insert the new entry. When the entry is deleted in the server side we set a field named hidden to 1, so you should also update the view to hide this records in the view. attached is a word file with the json example and the sync routine logic you should implement. This is an ongoing project, so I also expect to find a long term freelancer. Usually I make short sprints to have better control of the tasks, so if you like this way of work just made your bid.
