This is a repost project to reflect a change of scope.
We're looking for an experienced development team for this project. We have developed the backend database (at [login to view URL]) and UI/UX Photoshops (iPhone and iPad). It's a site inspection App. The User can use the App to create Facilities, add Inspections, and upload the collected data into Parse. The inspection report can be generated based on user inputs.

1. Collect user inputs, transfer the inputs into server, and display the calculated results in the App
Basically, we have 11 tables in the data base:
User, Contact, Facility, Inspection, Compressor, Compressor Reading, WetAirReceiver, Dryer, Dryer Reading, DryerReceiver, AirLeak, Image
Each table has the basic information that user can collect. The user should also has the options to edit and delete data (for delete we may just want to hide the data).
For “User”, “Contact” and “Facility” tables, each record should have an image and image description field.
For “Compressor”, “Compressor Readings”, “WetAirReceiver”, “Dryer”, “Dryer Readings”, “DryerReceiver” and “AirLeak” Tables, each record should has multiple images, with one image description field for each image. All the images here will be saved into “Image” table.
The image should be taken from Phone/Tablet, and the image can be edited (i.e. putting down handwritten notes into photo) and saved.
Each WetAirReciever can receive air from one or more compressors, there is receiverAirfrom field to record this information.
Each Dryer can receiver air from one or more compressors or one or more WetAirReceivers. there are two fields (receiverAirFromCompressor, receiverAirFromWetAirReciever) to record the information separately.
Each DryerReceiver can receiver air from one or more dryers. there is receiverAirFrom field to record this information.
We can provide mysql diagram for all the tables if you are awarded.
2. Offline operation
The user has the ability to:
Log in offline,
Add facility offline,
Add inspection offline, and
Add inspection inputs (data/photo) offline.
When there is internet connection, the data can sync with the database at Parse.com.
Facility address can be shown in built-in Apple map, once there is internet connection.
4. Calculation equations
We will provide simple engineering equations. Need your help to code the equations into Parse.com. The equation will take user inputs from App, and the calculated results can be shown in App.
5. Generate inspection report
The inspection report template will be provided to you. The user inputs from App will need to be populated into the specific location at the template to generate inspection report. You can implement report generation (word and pdf) at Parse or AWS, whichever you prefer.
Milestones and Payments
No upfront fee. You will be hired and protected through xxx with full milestones. Payments will follow after the completion of each milestone which meet our satisfaction.
1. Initial Milestone
App storyboard for iPhone and iPad, and QA/QC. We will provide you PSD files.
2. Second Milestone
100% of iPhone App coding, debugging, and alpha/beta testing.
3. Third Milestone
100% of iPad App coding, debugging, and alpha/beta testing.
4. Final Milestone:
(If report is generated through AWS, you need to connect Parse with AWS)
Report generation, debugging, and QA/QC, and App publishment.
The development will need to be completed in 40 days maximum (including weekends). A short one page copyright agreement will be signed by both parties before the project initiation.
I'm available most of time, except sleep (U.S. PDT) to discuss with you on the App design intents, functions and any question that you may have.
