Develop an Android Tablet App

Background: We have developed an iPad App for compressed air inspection. The completed iPad App functions are: 1. Login and signup: Employees can register with their company name associated in the app. All registered users account become active when approved from their company admin members (covered in admin site); 2. Add Facility: User can create the facility and facility contact; 3. Add inspection: User can create their inspection on their visiting site with certain details. 4. All Facility list: list of all facility as in list view and Map view, the list of all facility includes all the facilities added by users and his/her coworkers in the same company 5. All inspections list: List of all inspection as in list view, and click on each inspection leads to each single inspection page, the list of all inspections includes all the inspections added by users and his/her coworkers in the same company 6. Single Facility: Facility information and list of all inspections associated with the facility, the list of all inspections includes all the inspections added by users and his/her coworkers in the same company 7. Latest inspection: List of recently added inspection 8. My Profile: Edit user profile, the inspection list in My profile only includes the user added inspections only 9. Users can draw on camera/gallery photos (doodle effect) 10. Facility locations can be shown in Map To better understand the App flow, please provide your iPad UDID in the bid. Scope of Work: We are looking for an experienced Android development team, who can convert the iPad App into a native Android App. 1. Screen cuts for tablet screen sizes and resolutions You will be provided with all PSD designs (2560*1600). You will need to cut the screens to cover major android tablet screen sizes and resolution from PSD designs. 2. App Functions: Same functions as iOS App 3. Add local database to enable offline mode: Users can log in offline (log in using the latest online login information saved on iOS device); Users can perform the all the iOS functions and save the data into local database, thus if there is no internet, users can still perform the inspection and save information into device; User information will be automatically sync to server if there is internet; User cannot feel the differences, if s/he is performing the inspections and changing locations from internet area to no-internet area, or from no-internet area to internet area.
