Need to develop an Android LiveWallpaper. The livewallpaper should be like Windows 7 Screensaver in which bubbles moves. 1: Bubbles must be transparent,beautiful like in Windows 7. 2: User should be able to set number of bubbles, speed through preferences. 3: When user touches a bubble, the bubble should get destroy. Proper sound and graphic effect needed when bubbles destroyed. 4: User should be able to set the sound On/Off for Bubble Destroying effect. 5: Must support API Level 8+ 6: Source Code and all graphics needed as deliverables. 7: I will not provide any graphic or media files. 8: Application must be smooth. The budget is INR 10000, Only those people should bid who can finish this in Budget. Time is 15-20 days

1. Live Wallpaper with bubbles to be developed via render script. 2. Speed, size and color (transparent with a glow) of the bubbles, to be chosen. 3. Bubbles should support varying speeds, sizes and color. 4. Bubble should burst on user touch. Burst animation and sound to be designed and integrated. 5. User preferences to set number of bubbles, speed, sound on/off, etc to developed. 6. Ensure api compliance of 8+, and provide translation in some requested languages. 7. Support hosting on Play Store.
