Create a local Property listing application. -FOR AUSTRALIAN FREELANCERS

Develop Android Mobile app for real estate management. All data to be stored on the phone for local browsing (no cloud/internet connection required). Application should work on all android devices. Assistance will be required to list the app on Play Store. Free app and Paid full version app to be developed. Provide option for very simple website development to advertise the application. Turn my spreadsheet into a local storage for property listings. All designs, calculations, fields, etc, provided. DEVELOPERS: PLEASE LIST RELEVANT PROJECTS/EXPERIENCE, NOT GENERIC RESPONSES. Application to be native for Android. Free / Paid (lite version): Free app to store one listing only. Follow 'Upgrade' to Play Store Payment for download of Full Version User to download full version with full functionality and full data entry (min. 100 entries). Developer to advise on and allow for update notifications as versions are updated. No other in app purchases. Database: Able to store min. 100 property entries. App to work completely off line. Storage of data to internal memory - no cloud, remote storage. No Geo-location services for property tracking etc. Design: Design and wire frame has been provided for developer to follow. It assumes a touch-screen interface. Use of the phone's 'back' button, image selection from storage and phone's 'Camera' will be required. The application name which should appear next to the icon is ‘My Real Estate’. Only upright (vertical) mode is currently supported. Swipe up and down to move through screen. Labelling style - Throughout the application, labels use the British English “Sentence case” rather than Americanised “Capitalising Each Word” case. Functional Requirements: (details provided on Excel Spreadsheet) Home Screen - Logo display and menu display of below pages; Add Property - provide form type data for listing a property price, image, rental return, etc. Portfolio Summary - Summary of property data from properties added to data. View Portfolio - View list of all properties saved into database. Dictionary - Simple text dictionary. Swipe up and down. Advertising: Integrate advertising revenue onto the Free 'Lite' version No advertising to appear on paid 'full' version. Option: Provide additional price for 'export' function to text/excel type file. Quality Assurance &Testing Bug and error proof the application to a satisfactory standard. Create and save 100 entries and check calculations are correctly added in Portfolio Summary. Option: Website: In addition to mobile app development, the successful developer is to create a matching website to showcase the app. Develop simple website with links to Play Store and images of display phone showing app. Text to be provided. Use 'Android' type phone display images with screen shots from actual application. Website to auto-fit to screen and resolution. White background.
