Create APK Expansion File

I already completed an Android project however due to the resources have more than 100 MP3 files and the pictures too the APK size is more than 100MB. Google do not allow this and need to create APK Expansion file. I am not sure how to do this. I already have Google Publisher account. Please quote price and lead time.

The best way is to upload the mp3 files to your web server and load them from there using Rest API. This way your app would be dynamic and much less in size as well. I'm full stack Android developer. Contact me and feel free to discuss your concerns. Looking forward to hear back. Thanks
