I would like to design a mobile app that manages a customer line management system.
During COVID-19 many malls, shops, supermarkets have limitations on how many customer are allowed inside. Customers then wait outside the store/facility until it is their turn. The app needs to manage this line function and notify guests when it is their turn. A customer registers on the app, from home and then messages are sent to the customers WhatsApp or on the app, when its the customer's turn to enter the store/fcility.
The app needs to be able to or have :
1. A customer registration function
2. Notifications sent to customers
3. Create a numbering system so customers know when it's their turn or close to it
4. App linking to a external monitor depciting the numbering system
5. Cancellation function
6. Manage a number of stores independently
1. Manage database of registrations
2. View live ongoing line management
3. Messaging to customers registering
4. Manage opening and closing times
