Android/ios APP with map / firebase / angular dashboard

Resume: The APP must be a location-based mobile search appliance that allows users to access real estate information within their perimeter or not. The App will track the user's starting point, that is, to track their locomotion between 2 points, starting point and arrival point, within that perimeter the application will show the user a list of properties available for rental and sale, within their route of locomotion, facilitating their search for real estate in specific and desired points. 1. APP: - The App must have a login screen. - The APP must contain a registration screen, in case the User is not registered. - Normal User: You can navigate normally through the property list and use filters. - Within the APP on the last property registration screen, it must contain a link pointing to the site where the advertiser client can make the payment and become a paying member. - APP must have an option within each AD "Report this ad" - The App must save the user's locomotion route via GPS when enabled. - The App must show properties previously registered, within the path of the user's locomotion. - The App should display a list of properties available on the photo path for the user to click. 2. SITE: - The Site must show a list with all properties registered in the database - The Site must have a Search Bar for clients to search for real estate types - The site must have filters by city - The site must have a checkout with pagseguro Gateway for advertisers to make the payment 3.
