I need an Android app to send the battery percentage of the device it is running on to any desired IP address and port through UDP. This needs to run in the background and send every 60 seconds. Ive tried doing it myself but Android and Java are not my strong points. The app would ideally have a UI to enter the IP, Port, A text box for a description of device and a begin button, from then on it would run in the background. I will need project and source files once complete.
The devices it will be running on are Samsung S8 and Samsung Tab E.
i can make app based on UDP which will send battery percentage update after each 60 seconds. i am sure i can do. i have also done research on long running services and know how to handle it and implement it. i am sure i can provide you better and quality software services.
lets chat to proceed.
Hi
I have read your project description and take an interest.
It is one of interesting parts to make android apps running in service mode.
I have made lot of background apps, and almost of them are GPS trackers.
I can perfectly help you.
I am waiting for your reply.

Hey
I have been into mobile development from past 4 years. I have developed a similar app called Easycharger which use to notify a user when the phone percentage use to go down below a particular point.
So I am sure I can complete your project
Thanks
I have more than two years of professional Android experience and would love to help you with this. Proposal includes any changes you may require after the initial delivery.
Use of background services along with schedulers and broadcast recievers can be the most efficient way to achieve the goal. Also the service will keep running in the background so it will be a bit battery inefficient but apart from Developing the Background Services and the UI for the application, my role will be to optimize the app to the maximum possible and feasible extent.
