xcode objC Help button for help overlay

We have an existing xcode project written using objective-c that we need to add a help icon/button. We can't release the source so part of this job will be to assist us with any small questions while we implement the final code into our existing project. When researching for the project we found this web page to be helpful: [login to view URL] So when the user presses the help icon, there will be 4 cal-louts that appear on top of the main view. These 4 call-outs will remain visible until the user presses the help icon again. The call-outs will be very similar to the "help/tips" call-outs seen on the freelancer.com website. There will be one API call to retrieve a JSON-based response that will populate the text for each 4 call-outs. I have this api ready and all specifics can be provided after the project has been awarded.
