Upload my ready App to apple store at a low price and share benefits 50-50!

Hi There! I am a Mobile App developer using Flash CS6 (AS3) for iOS/Android, currently living in India. All my apps are in Persian language, developed for an Islamic institute in Fresno, California. I develop all apps in Windows, share them for my colleague in US, then he do the rest of process with his Mac-book, so I have no idea what the process is after I offer him the ready distribution iOS file! With above introduction, I would like to find a partner who publish my ready App which I have spent over 2 months on it, even it is a very simple calculator!!
