Install a Test Build onto my iPhone

I need to install the latest build of an app onto 3 people's phones. I have all 3 UDIDs. I can send you the files, which I would need you to compile for the 3 phones. I would like to hire a developer to quickly set up this app on their server (or mine) so that we can test the app and source code to make sure it works. It should be a very quick project.
