Hello, This is Anas and I manage multiple apartments across different buildings. I currently manage these rentals through a simple [Microsoft Access] database. I want to upgrade the file features to include the following: 1. Add two date fields (Hijri and Gregorian), when Hijri selected the Gregorian should automatically filled 2. Add payments recurring (once a year, every 6 months, 4 months, 3 months) 3. Payment due to notifications on the homepage. All past payments date should be notified in home page (Amount, Remaining payment) 4. Organize the data to include (rentees vs apartments) instead of the current data design based on apartments
