VIDA Select is a modern matchmaking service that uses dating apps to set up dates for our relationship-minded clients. We’ve been featured all over the media, including BBC and HBO just last year, and our blog attracts over half a million unique monthly visitors. Pretty cool, right? We know we are not monetizing all of our website traffic as well as we could be, and that’s the main area we want you to focus at first. If you’re the marketing superhero we want on our team, you know that speed of execution is everything! You’re tech-savvy and have the right skills to get good work done quickly without anyone breathing down your neck. Skills and experience in these areas are absolutely required for this position: - Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing - Advanced analytics and data interpretation - Sales funnel design and implementation - Writing high-converting ad copy and ideally other longer-form copy too These skills aren’t essential, but they are a big plus: - Project and task management (hopefully you’ve done something more advanced than a Trello board!) - Wordpress site administration (not just using WP to blog but familiar with installation, themes, templates, a variety of plugins, etc.) - Experienced with marketing automation and integration solutions like Zapier, Integromat, IFTTT, Ontraport, InfusionSoft, and/or HubSpot We’re looking to start with a pilot project to make sure we’re a good mutual fit to work together and then immediately extend you a full-time offer as long as that project goes well. Good evening! To jump right into things- people on the internet will not engage with a brand unless it adds value to them. It can hard to establish value to a new brand (as opposed to a well known brand that already has established value) so I think the best way to market your brand is to create an Instagram page that gives relationship tips and advice. This community on Instagram is large, and it will be fairly easy to grow a following marketing it as such, and then once the platform is established, selling the app to them will be effortless. So my plan would be to make weekly content plans for you to post on Instagram, along with clear instructions including the best time to post, and which hashtags to use. I also have no problem posting the content myself, which I think would be best, because engaging with your followers and creating a relationship with them is a huge part of growing as a platform! An example of a post could be "10 things you need to do before getting into a relationship" which could easily be translated to an Instagram graphic. With that being said, I specialize in Instagram content because I've been doing it for about 7 years. Subsequently Instagram is the only platform that I can 100% guarantee results. I manage 6 businesses on that platform, one being @thepoliticaljargons on Instagram which I have grown to 21,000 followers. Please see that page if you wanted some examples.
