Be a manager for a fine artist who is also a children's art teacher

I am a professional artist and also a children's art teacher with around 80 students, all of which I handle by myself. But I find that I can't do it all at the same time and all of my work is suffering or not being completed because of sheer lack of time. A little about myself: I have won art competitions before. I have artwork displayed at the Shaolin Temple in China. I have been teaching for a dozen years. Ideally I would like someone to 1.) help me sell artwork, 2.) look into art show and competition opportunities on my behalf, 3.) perhaps find me opportunities to be in publications or collaborate with others 4.) advertise my teaching studio on my behalf 5.) maybe also increase online presence for me. Basically, promote me because I am both busy and very introverted so I don't do any of that very well for myself. Attaching some images of recent artwork
